Grand Ole Opry Impersonation Show to benefit One Place of the Shoals
Saturday, January 21, 2017, a "Grand Ole Opry Impersonation Show" event, hosted by The Cadillacs, was held to benefit One Place of the Shoals. A large crowd turned out at the Florence/Lauderdale Coliseum to enjoy the evening and show their support. Special thanks to Carolyn Odem for her time and effort in organizing this event!
The Cadillacs presented a tribute to the Grand Ole Opry & Doo Wop greats, with all proceeds benefitting One Place of the Shoals. In addition to musical performances by The Cadillacs, special guests included "James Brown" and "Elvis Presley," as well as JD Sumner, the world's lowest bass singer. This family-friendly impersonation show also featured: George Jones, Tammy Wynette, Johnny Cash, June Carter, Loretta Lynn, Patsy Cline, LeRoy Van Dyke, Hank Williams Sr., Martina McBride, Ray Charles… and MORE!
