One Place of the Shoals Receives Car

On Friday, May 30th, members of our Domestic Violence Unit met with Rep. Johnny Mack Morrow to thank him for securing a car to be used by One Place of the Shoals! The car, a Crown Victoria, came from the ABC Board, in Montgomery. It will be used by investigators in doing the work of One Place of the Shoals. Thanks to Rep. Morrow for his efforts in securing the car.

Our own Robert Smith and Donna Beck received State-wide awards at the Alabama Child Support Conference! Mr. Smith was named Child Support Attorney of the Year, while Ms. Beck was honored as Child Support Administrative Assistant of the Year. We are very proud of both of them, who work extremely hard to make our child support unit one of the best in the State.
